Christmas shopping is done for Emily, now I just get to figure out when to wrap them since she’s not going to grandmas this year. Bedtime seems like the obvious choice until that is the night something wakes her and wants me and discovers my task. Maybe 1 thing a night so it’s quick. Hmm

I don’t know why I’m so worried about it, I guess because Greg is going with us this time which means extra stuff and it’s in the middle of nowhere so if we forget something, oh well! I don’t want to forget anything 🥴

I’m so glad this camping trip falls on a weekend when I have Monday and Tuesday off because my brain is already on overdrive and I’m gonna need a day to recover lol

Officially thankful for Asurion insurance through Verizon today. Broke my back glass on Saturday and today they repaired the back glass AND replaced the front glass (because why not?) for free 😁

Work has been a learning experience. I like it, though. I don’t like the phone calls but it’s not call center volume or call center rules so that’s nice. I also like going into the office again.

Today is my daughter’s last day of summer camp. Next week she’s going to grandma’s, the week after I’m taking PTO, and the week after that is when school starts (August 11). Very much looking forward to a break after all this training/learning.

The best part about waking up from a fucked up dream is when you have it early enough in the night that you still have almost a full night left to sleep (and hopefully not have another shitty dream)

I always forget to about this app 🙃 (still not using twitter, either). New job is going well and I’m staying busy, which is most of my forgetfulness lol

Re-reading my last…tweet? (What do we call these?)…I felt the need to clarify that it’s still a job, not necessarily the best/easiest/etc, but the fact that I’m not (currently) dreading my workdays is very telling. And I actually have to DRIVE there 3 days a week.
