This “peace plan” is just an order for Ukraine to surrender. Unless Ukraine and the EU are involved in the discussion, this putin/witkoff scam should be ripped up& trashed. President Zelensky should ignore it & only deal with countries who cherish democracy, unlike the current USA, run by fascists.
