Just like 2008, banks will be bailed out while people lose their homes. Or can't afford rent. "Too big to fail" only applies to donors to both political parties.

The decision was by the SCOTUS member assigned to the district bringing the suit. In the legal aspect, she's (Jackson) forcing an expedited resolution. I have a hard time thinking she's helping to harm children. Enough with the hysteria. She's forcing a vote by the full court now.

The decision by Ketanji Brown Jackson simply states the applicable Federal Appeals Court must rule on the decision before the Supreme Court will review the case. An example of how it's supposed to work under our laws.
