Today I'm trying to stay optimistic. I miss my daughter...she will be 24 in a couple of days. We had a bad falling out 4 years ago. The only time I see her now is holidays and birthdays to exchange presents

Depression often goes with pain, illness, and disability. Don't focus on what you can't do, focus on what you can do. Celebrate the little things. If you need to clean a room and it takes you all day that's ok. You still did it. Never be ashamed to ask for help.

As I wake up this morning I realize how blessed I am. I only have one person in my life who truly cares about me which is my husband. I don't have to be embarrassed about asking for help. One person is all it takes to make a difference.
