My flight to Ithaca last night was delayed 9.5 hours to this morning. Had dinner of champions from hotel lobby: cup o’ noodles with coffee stirrers as chopsticks 🍜🥢

Yesterday my husband saw me practicing watercolor and he got all inspired and was like “let’s quit our jobs and be artists!” And I was like YES THATS WHAT IVE BEEN SAYING!
Then I brought it up today all excited and he said “oh I had taken two Excedrin. I was high. I’m not doing that” 😭

We got a little sailboat! ⛵️ After a month of getting things together (acquiring an electric boat motor, building pulley system to pull it up onto our ramp, getting mast and sails up) we finally got to sailing this weekend! I want to call it Lucille … or maybe Loose Seal 🤔

Had a great day off … got a hair cut, got a taco, checked out the Ithaca Fest, and picked up 9 year old early for a bike ride 🎉 she and I just ordered sushi and are watching Little Shop of Horrors while 5 year old is at ninja class 🥰
