i have lapsed on #cookjan due to deadlines but: a beany green stew with leftover lamb made by Farrer; swedish apple oat pie; baked mackerel with a paprika lemon crumb, new potatoes + cavolo nero.

have been very luckily cooked for recently - delicious pasta with pesto made from last year’s wild garlic at a friend’s house last night, and i came home from work tonight to roast lamb shoulder, tartiflette and dressed rocket leaves from the garden made by Farrer 🤍 #cookjan #otherpeoplecookforme

a luxurious porridge for a beautiful, cold morning. topped with cinnamon, cardamom, banana, dates, blueberries, peanut butter and seeds. using the cold weather as an excuse for lots of leftover festive cream in here #cookjan

gonna make this my #cookjan thread. Farrer made thyme and za’aatar roasted beetroot, carrot and feta with hot smoked salmon, fresh mint, and garlic cavolo nero. (his cooking will probably mostly feature here lol)
