This is about—who else—Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. The “Justice for Johnny Depp” movement was the largest cultural narrative-shifting event around abuse, interpersonal violence, and gender politics in between 2020 and 2024. It was a reverse MeToo, and the consequences are steeper.

also - the more you utilize your local library services, the more funding your library receives!
Just got a library card from my local branch, and highly recommend you do the same if you don't have one. You can watch movies, read ebooks, do research, and use equipment that you would have to pay for anywhere else. In case you need a reminder!
