I thought I'd finally make one of these!

This one was rough it opened a lot of emotions & memories thats been clogging my mind. I feel a sense of relief I can let go of more of my guilt due to how I lost my father. I feel more kind to my inner child than ashamed.

Remember to do something kind for someone today. 🌞 Let's all grow together.

For those who need a reminder, do your CBT homework, drink some water, get some sun. 🌞 Keep growing you're wonderful.

I'm so glad I'm not a child anymore.
Growing up I saw and heard things no one else did. I was scolded for being wasteful when I was terrified that food or drink was poisoned.

I didn't know that I was suffering from paranoia and delusions. How could I? I was only a child.
