I’ve seen about a dozen shows this year. This one was easily one of the best.

Opener is another NZ band called Phoebe Rings and they’re rock solid. Very soft/fuzzy synthy groove they have here.

I still believe the second one could work. The crust just needed a binder.

The burnout is real. Speaking as a (much smaller, obvs) creator that has taken a bit of a sabbatical, there’s something freeing about reclaiming my own thoughts for my own consumption again.

This is to say Pluribus is a triumph so far. Vince Gilligan is at the top of his game.

What a show. There’s something special about seeing this kind of improvisational performance. It’s only gonna happen this way once with this group of people, and that’s pretty astonishing.
