Definitely fewer non-white trick-or-treaters in my diverse neighborhood too. I walked around with family with a whistle at the ready.

It really is! I've made lots of vegetarian soups and sauces with it.

💯 I use my instant pot for beans all the time, and season the water before cooking so the beans themselves have great flavor. The seasoned aquafaba that's leftover can be used like broth. It's fabulous. I wonder if I have a different type of IP. 25-28 minutes works great for most varieties in mine.
