This is my second clutch, I start with live baby brine since they’re SO easy to hatch and keep (I bought a cheap kit and eggs on amazon), then started alternating with frozen baby brine. After a couple of weeks they’ll eat frozen!

Right? It’s a more rare coloration I found. It’s so pretty. Clam Mania has them from time to time, but I got this one from an excellent LFS. I’m not the best photographer but did my best with some close ups! I’ll check out that book for sure.

Thank you! Dosing 10ml/day of AFR. I’ve got 2 Derasa on the sand and 1 Crocea up top at 350 PAR 🥰 They’ve all been doing great so far. The cool thing about clams is they’ll tell you what they need (ex. no new growth, more calcium; reaching mantle, more PAR; receding tissue, water quality issue)
