I’ve worked in big tech for over a decade, now I don’t.
I’m leaving my current employer for a number of reasons, most of which I will not share publicly, but nothing says “you’re just a number to us” than having your exit interview being conducted by someone on the other side of the planet reading a script and clicking checkboxes in a form
