Yes, H-1B abuse exists—but the real issue is wage caps USCIS hasn’t updated in 10–15 years. Citizens get market pay while immigrants are stuck at outdated rates, scapegoated, exploited by middleman consultancies—and now punished too.

We need to fix abuse not destroy the system. Immigrants—legal or not—are often the scapegoat. Crime? Blame immigrants. Job scarcity? Blame immigrants. Housing crunch in a vast country? immigrants. It’s an easy way to dodge the real issues. Soon they all be gone and there will be no one to blame.
