aber entscheidet nicht dann wieder der staat wer gefördert wird, wenn ich die kriterien so zuschneide, dass am ende die gefördert werden die man vorher schon im kopf hat?

Given that this is a free service without ads, the comparison to a for profit which platforms hate speech and has basically no moderation whatsoever, leaves puzzled

there are areas where a comparison makes sense and there are areas where it would be offensive.
It would be offensive to suggest both are stigmatized in similar levels. I am not saying that.
that doesn't mean no comparisons can be drawn at all.

what makes you think you can diagnose the psychology and desires of ENM people? why not ask them and take them for their word, rather than making judgement calls from the outside?

I think it is good to ask the people who live that life. let them be the experts. I always find it a bit problematic when people who have no lived experience with a topic come in and tell that community they just lack something (like the ability to commit)

not for everyone. sure, some people might fall somewhere in the middle and can choose which way to go, but if you keep falling in love and your unmet desires cause you emotional pain and damage your monogamous relationship, it's not a choice and thus, not a question of lifestyle

But there are a million period tracking apps. Many store all data locally, others are operated via european servers.
Others again use end to end encrypted data, so the companies couldn't hand over the data, even if they wanted.
So, maybe, just be more cautious with what app you use?

Unfortunately, rape often is impossible to prove. If the perpetrator says the victim was "into it" and there is no credible proof otherwise, the cases are often dismissed.
