I forgot one thing: Battery life on Mac is exceptional. I plug in mine way way less than I would other laptops.

Macs are also relatively good value these days. I guess mainly because AMD has been getting quite pricey.

In Windows land I have a hard time even recommending a brand. Dell laptops are not good, ASUS has it's image. My colleagues are not happy with their Lenovos either. I would most likely give Framework a chance, but they have bugs too and maybe a not-so-great keyboard.

Mac for it's integration features like photo sync and continuity (clip board sharing with iphone, airdrop, ...).
I use Macbook Pro 14" and like it except the keyboard. Pro because high-refresh rate screen, integrated fan mostly. Otherwise Air is nice too. Nano texture display coating is nice.
