I didn't made it clear, but yeah, I will be in the lab the whole time with them, and the weekly meetings are an addition to that!

time doing research in organic synthesis. I don't want them to just put reactions, I want them engaged in the research. Any piece of advice anyone would like to share as a routine with them? I have this idea of having weekly meetings to discuss the results and spectra, but I don't wanna overwhelm!
