The board have to terminate their employment immediately and get someone competent in to give them time to plan for what is now a huge Summer window.

The only positive I see is that the spotlight from the fans at least is on these sporting directors. Majority have woken up to the incompetence....Whether the ownership wakes up to that is another story....

Why do you think they are not under pressure? In any other job this level of incompetence would not be accepted....I get the feeling it's because they indulge Behdad and let him play out his football fantasises..
