Warfarin alone would not be adequate treatment for CHF. He would also need to be on a diuretic, possibly furosemide, maybe epleronone for a bigger kick. I'd think his.Docs would also want him on Entresto or similar to ease the burden on his heart. I wonder how frequently he needs to urinate?

Trump 'striking out' to distract from whatever it is he's so afraid of being known can possibly include some very big clubs, including the U.S. nuclear arsenal. This combined with his increasing instability scares the bejeezus out of me.
