definitely, i've followed along with tutorials and replicated others patches and i'm slowly understanding how the logic in DSP operates and how to go about basic synthesis and sequencing and whatnot, although i'm still at the point where it's hard starting from complete scratch

objects that are fun, but there's something appealing about how barebones pd is (even visually)

kaho is leagues ahead of me because she's got a background with modular synthesis which applies pretty well to understanding DSP, but i'm motivated to keep learning and building patches. i've been mainly using max for live since i get it free with an ableton license and there's some unique to max
