Formerly Luke Basu on the old site, pronouns unknown but he/him and they/them both work for convenience
Fair enough - just, been holding off on mine until the turn-based mode is good and ready and all

How long do you think it'll be before its smooth enough for a full replay?

He might be able to if they expressed heretical theology, channeling /other/ rumors about St Nick
November 15, 2025 at 10:40 AM
I mean, technically the revised setite book details all the things that are nice from /their point of view/ :p

... Y'know, credit where its due, Wael /is/ the most thematically appropriate for something like this to be happening with
November 13, 2025 at 5:23 AM
wh- as in, Wael the deity?? How??
November 13, 2025 at 5:17 AM
To be fair, the amount of obvious bullshit about an enemy that can go unchallenged for literal centuries can be... quite shocking. Like, even into the 15th century an awful lot of medieval christians were under the impression Islam was polytheistic

Funnily enough Vis Bristol might actually /technically/ be a real name. Apparantly Vis is short for Victor in spanish? And, cities as a surname arent unknown. Usually, however, it isnt the name of a real world city in a world where that city presumably doesnt exist...

The suggestion i've heard in the past is to directly tie the salary of an elected rep to the average income of their constituents. Idk if theres an issue with that not immediately obvious, but it sounds like a starting point for ideas at least

And the fall of the Republic was a story of aristocrats forgetting the commoners need to eat too. Genuinely a stunning innovation of american efficiency to combine both of those falls into one!

Technically there is mechanical coverage for a character like this - it makes them vulnerable to the death-by-strongly-worded-letter charm!

Even if one takes the assumption that a bunch of the other residents had undetailed scummy qualities, a quick search of the place makes it very blatant that Vulpes was lying through his teeth about no one resisting

I realise this is probably secondary to the overall point, but it actually looks like they've soft-retconned it so that the wall was never rebuilt, and the faithless just kinda... sit there in the fugue plane for eternity

Tbf i'm pretty sure in Forgotten Realms, which seems to be treated as the 'default setting' these days, alignment only plays a secondary factor in determining afterlife. Presumably theres some rule that says the gods cant claim suicidal souls Because Reasons
October 31, 2025 at 9:54 PM
Well, in eberrons case that setting is kinda weirdly half-sealed-off from the rest of the D&D multiverse so that wouldnt be so easy, but I guess fair
October 31, 2025 at 9:52 PM
what about if theres /a/ provable afterlife that people go to but it kinda sucks so people Cope by believing there must be a secret /bonus/ afterlife after that one that they cant visit - aka, the eberron approach

I mean, sometimes with TES deeplore it can feel like you're edging on the former

Dark Ages: Mage when you're playing a Hermetic
October 27, 2025 at 8:11 PM
I mean, the first game at least aknowledges that if any such reconcilliation is possible it isnt gonna be an easy, clean affair! Hades himself outright admits he has no right to expect any real forgiveness from Zagreus
October 27, 2025 at 2:51 PM
Plus according to plutarch (not actually part of what you'd call the actual mythology, but i'm counting it because its funny) they preferred being pigs anyway
October 27, 2025 at 12:11 PM
The game apparantly has issues with its ending getting weirdly sexist out of nowhere, but /that/ isnt one of them
October 27, 2025 at 12:08 PM
Early gnostics reports of a hylic class of individuals making up a third of humanity was misunderstood statistical fuckery - Asmongold and Mr Beast, the two most hylic beings of all time, are outliers and should not have been counted
October 22, 2025 at 11:51 PM
Closest we can give you is a clumsy retcon in the second expansion, sorry
October 22, 2025 at 7:04 PM
Ah, nevermind then lmao
