French retailer E.Leclerc has announced it has permanently lowered the pricing of its Nintendo Switch 2 consoles in an effort to increase sales. The retailer has announced that it has lowered the pricing of the Mario Kart World bundle and the Pokemon Legends Z-A bundle to €469 starting from 14th October, It's not clear yet whether other French retailers are planning to do the same with their Nintendo Switch 2 stock.

Nintendo is further expanding the Super Mario brand with a new line of products being marketed to parents with young children. Products in the My Mario series include: a Wood Block Set (work as amiibo), Board Book, a free app for Switch/Mobile where you can play with Mario's face, visual content such as the upcoming "It’s Me, Mario!" stop motion shorts, apparel, general goods, and plush toys.

Good news as the long-awaited Metroid Prime 4 from the team at Retro Studios has now finally been rated in Korea. We are all eagerly-awaiting a release date for the game, which will presumably be given in the next Nintendo Direct presentation (we hope). If more countries start to issue ratings for the long-awaited first person adventure title then we can assume that Metroid Prime 4: Beyond's release isn't too far off.

ConcernedApe, the creator behind the miraculous indie sensation Stardew Valley, has a new game in the works that is shaping up to be another surefire hit for the talented game developer. While we haven't been treated to new Haunted Chocolatier footage for a while, ConceneredApe is continuing to beaver away at the project and has stated on social media platform X that the world will be even larger than Stardew Valley. This basically means that the game is going to be chockfull of delicious content. A release date for Haunted Chocolatier has yet to be announced.
