Well, I do hope that PP os actually getting the appropriate cybersafety worth those Millions and not just a brand and a false sense of security!
Note: this is not a reflection of my opinion about Raytheon in particular but most so-called "cybersecurity" brands!

"War has (or should have) Rules" is as much of a misplaced notion as "honor among theives".
Unfortunately such notions give some kind of normalcy or rationale to wrong things, which have no place in civil society - neither wars, nor cyberwarfare nor criminal hacking.
