I think boiling it down to “good”’or “evil” is reductive. Unfortunately we are at the point where Trump is popular enough that his supporter couldn’t mathematically be all evil and exist on a spectrum :(

Honestly I feel this. Whenever someone says “the remake ruined my childhood”… how? Absolute worst case scenario is that the movie/show sucks and you can still watch the OG. And the positive it could have is that it introduced a whole new generation to the OG that you love too!
