These words will reach almost no one. The few that read them might consider it all pretentious, stupid, presumptuous, etc. But they're worth being written if they help someone to feel less alone, to know we're all together in this first and only chance at life as a human. Let go of hate. Find truth.

Remember when some furries were banned over feral art here in bsky? Or when in some sites all furry content got labeled as bestiality and banned? New bsky community guidelines are ample enough to get several furry artists banned. Share your discontent in the official Google form below.

Some people would want to know how they'll die. Some people abhor the idea. But regardless: do you know yourself well enough to know the most likely ways you'll die? I know mine. I don't have 100% certainty of which one will be the one, but I know the most likely. And knowing that is kinda peaceful.

I listened to this a few days ago and some of the messages have been repeating in my head. The constant bottling up of negative emotions that me and others do and how it affects us. How our society is so damn isolating and suppressing of emotions but it DIDN'T HAVE TO BE THIS WAY. Please listen.

You know that feeling after dreaming a really good dream? That heavy weight of reality crushing you for daring to believe even a little that something you wished for could be, in fact, real? VRChat has been causing that feeling in me. Taking the headset off, looking around at the empty room...yeah.

Of all the things I could've expected of Split Fiction, this absolutely wasn't one of them. Macro pig with an steam achievement for making it fart. Enjoying everything so far with the story and gameplay lol

For all of those I knew, liked, cared for and no longer talk with for whatever reason. Funny, but only after living through worse you learn to see the non-repeating good times of the past. Yet, when the brain suffers and insists on the impossibility of rewinding time, the right thing is letting go.

Reminder to myself: limit time with people that don't take you seriously at all over and over again, especially when talking about serious topics. It's not a wise thing to do as you're only being used as a form of entertainment for someone that doesn't really appreciate your time or thoughts.

Crazy how Oathbringer was released about 7 years ago. I had forgotten SO many interesting details. My memory is very bad. I just recalled some themes or specific story arcs. All three books so far are a 10/10 still. Time for a re-read of Rhythm of War, and then finally on to the 5th book.

It wasn't a bad weekend. Met a few nice people on VRChat, played some videogames, read several hundred pages of Oathbringer. But I'm always tired. Sleeping poorly. And whenever it's quiet, constantly wondering wtf am I doing on this planet, what do I actually want or why should I care about anything

What would Lovelock do now, I ask, if he were me? He smiles and says: "Enjoy life while you can. Because if you're lucky it's going to be 20 years before it hits the fan."
Written in 2008. Shit is already hitting the fan. But will it get much worse in the next 3? Prolly depends on where you live!

Same, dude. Same. I'm just waiting for this loop to end. Will it ever end? Or will this shit life repeat itself when I'm dead? Have I repeated this a million times already? Is there a way out?

VRChat: the "game" which provides surreal experiences such as watching Cocaine Crabs from Outer Space while 4 furries are having virtual sex right besides you. The combination of both was sublime. I feel this is what VRChat devs, or rather, the internet pioneers, had in mind when creating this.

I've been feeling bad over several issues. Health. Family. Society. The whole concept of being alive. So many issues. I'm incapable of fixing pretty much any of it. At this point I feel a need to be reborn. Anyway, "A lifetime to learn how to love" by Moon Safari is good for times like these.

Going on debates about whether free will exists or not is a fast way to get 2 people angry. Either side will disregard evidence or need to quote many books. & it ends in a "it's impossible to know". But the truth is that only 1 side is correct. I think determinism is. But eh, I'm just talking meat.

This is one of the bleakest songs I've heard about our current society. It was written in 2007 by a band I slowly became a fan of through the years. It's obviously an observation and decrying of modern societies in the west, and unfortunately, things remain the same (or gotten worse) 17 years later.

It's ironic most people despise lies, and yet they hide from truth all the time. You dislike anyone who ever lied to you. But when given the opportunity to be truthful, you shy away because you think you'll be hurt. Why do we flee from truth and expect others to be honest? Could we change this?
