Yeh I take twice daily heart rate & BP, I ignored my health until I had to go into a&e in August. Now had 2 surgeries for kidney stones. Wish I had listened to my body, your health comes first :)

yeh the phone is a good one, when i goto bed the phone stays downstairs on silent. tbh it is on silent as soon as i leave work and mostly stays in my coat pocket for the next day LOL

once the snow drops off my panels this bit of sun will help, i cudnt be bothered at 6.30am to brush the snow off my panels before i set off for work :(
