A good response to one of the most blindly ill-conceived articles I’ve read in a while.
Why do video games cost so much to make these days? A recent NYT article pinned bloated budgets on the graphical arms race, but that's only a small part of the equation. The real problem? Rampant mismanagement.

Hello, Bluesky! I just finished Arcane, and want to use my first post here to sing its praises. To me, it’s a series that proves, no matter how inescapably entwined with corporate IP our culture becomes, that good storytelling will always win the day.
