I have no idea idea if this is relevant, but on W10, PSElements worked wonderfully. Upgraded to 11 and reinstalling PSE literally bricked my machine. Had to do a restore. It was an issue with any but the most recent version of Photoshop from what Dr. Google said. Terrified to try any PS stuff now 😖
