Well, suprise suprise, 2 months on and suddenly the whole mindset has shifted back to my approach and suddenly people want to meet with me again.

Just lately my career seems to mostly consist of sitting around patiently looking ever-so slightly smug...

At the time, dozens of people were in this wider team looking into ways of working, and after I started to make some progress was told they were going in another direction, despite me stating that most likely wouldn't work, and that was the last I heard.

As a political message, it was probably very good. I was watching it as a musician looking for entertainment, and find that style of taking over a dull backing to be uninspiring. TBH I normally enjoy metal, so it clearly wasn't aimed at me

This has weighed heavy on me today, and I keep thinking to myself "I'll ring Fitz for a chat, he'll know what to do"
He's an old Irish druid, wise and honest with many a story to tell to help me through, like he always does.
