Out of 40 million people who use SNAP, the majority are working families & 17 million recipients are KIDS. The program is NOT "heavily abused". SNAP has a 3% fraud rate, the lowest fraud rate across the country of ANY aid program. Fuck off with your GQP talking points. They just want kids to starve.
