Day 4 of #2025albumproject is Korn's "Untouchables".

I fell off Korn hard after Follow The Leader and always thought them a one trick pony, having heard the later LPs, but not the mid period stuff.

This record doesn't change my opinion.

Turgid, boring and devoid of any memorable hooks.

Today's #2025albumproject LP is "The Miseducation Of Lauryn Hill".

Some GREAT stuff on here but the record suffers from being overlong at 77 mins, though I can see why this is thought a classic.

A bit of pruning and I would revisit in full, but this one is select songs to the playlist.

Day 2 of the #2025albumproject is NWA's classic "Straight Outta Compton".

Granted, some of the lyrics don't hold up well, and the runtime could be pruned 10-15 mins, but my god when it's good this is glorious.

Shout out to the records that saw me through 2024. It was a really solid year with a couple of truly outstanding releases.

Massive love to Call Me Malcolm and Cherym for the 2 albums that I've barely gone more than a few days without listening to since each album dropped.

The #2025albumproject kicks off in style with today's offering from Kate Bush in the form of the classic "Hounds Of Love".

Only really heard *that song* before from this album, and still would say that it is the standout track, but thoroughly enjoyed the whole record.

Nowt outstanding this week in terms of new releases but I've enjoyed the new Less Than Jake and Poppy albums and, as someone who's never been a fan, I was pleasantly surprised by the Linkin Park record.
