My beloved Blixa. Once there was a guy climbing on the roof of my old apartment and Blixa woke me up/defended me by growling at the ceiling until the cops (gently!) got him down.

I’ve been waiting for this

Little Wizard (calico) decided she wanted to be my cat rather than my roommate’s. (I think my cat Blixa, who passed earlier this year, convinced her.) I got Blixa when friends realized their cat was pregnant. Star the cat behind Wizard was adopted as the “good thing” I could do when Blixa passed.
