And I say that as someone who believes a lot of things regarding medical transitions effect on sex, it's still relevant information for a doctor in certain circumstances, and I acknowledge that. I've been to places where they only ask sex and if I mark male they ask about it usually.

Its also easily solved by asking for sex / sex at birth and having separate note or documentation that a patient is trans. This sucks for other reasons under our current administration but it's not hard to figure out. But the point was transwoman isn't a real word.

They really think that "your brain doesn't mature until 25" thing is hard science.

I tried therapy once and the therapist said "I've never dealt with a trans person but I can help you like come up with a basic plan or whatever" and I wasn't going to them for trans issues at the time necessarily but it just come off as very odd amongst the rest of their jargon.

It sold a ton, it was just a lot of average people who don't play a lot of other games or fans of the series. The game itself seemingly wasn't bad but it was extremely mid which is why it fizzled out fast.
