Thank you! If I manage to locate a copy, I’ll circle back around and report back on here. 😁

I know her books do exist, because I’ve seen them in quotes and bibliographies. What I can’t find is where I can buy one. The Goodreads entries only provide an ASIN but Amazon doesn’t apparently carry her anymore (which makes me wonder if they were just Amazon ebooks and not physically published)…

Can I at least still have some fancy book stacks? 😥

Nope! I’m quite new to witchery and didn’t realize that we have a #witchsky! I’ll go ask there for sure. Thank you! 😁

Thank you!!! And likewise!

Do you have Dacha's book? If so, could you tell me where you purchased it from? I can't find it anywhere! The best I've been able to figure out, it seems like it was published through Amazon but has since been taken down (but I'm really hoping I'm wrong... 😰)

I've been trying to track down Dacha Avelin's books ever since I read one of her quotes in "The Path of the Hedge Witch" (Joanna van der Hoeven). I can't find them anywhere on the internet 😰. Would you be able to point me to where I can find her works?

Thanks for the thoughts! That really hits home for me. After an election like this, it’s way too easy to fixate on the national stage and forget about just working to care for the people right here in my community. I needed that reminder. 🫱🏼‍🫲🏾

Definitely wrestling with that. Right now I think Gov. Polis is on the right track with endorsing those few policies of theirs that align with our agenda, and not fighting battles we can’t win on our other policies. But do you think that strategy costs us with the minority communities in our base?

That sounds great, but how? I’d love to defeat them, but I’m struggling to see we can do that (w/o compromise) when [A] we delivered on what we promised and voters didn’t believe it, or [B] large segments of our coalition walk in protest, even when they know the other candidate will be worse.

I do believe that. I also suspect though that if we had had a full cycle, meaning a primary, it likely would have been someone else at the top of the ticket, and that would have robbed Trump of that anti-Biden sentiment.

Good faith question here: how? I’m genuinely open to any and all strategies. But I don’t know how we either [A] convince them that we are delivering on what we promised (we just tried that and lost), or [B] steal the apathetic voter’s attention away from their super powered TikTok algorithms?

Do you have any recommendations for ways to get involved between now and 2026 (and 2028 and 2030 and…)? I volunteered for Harris but not sure what to pivot that time and energy to now.

Thanks for leading the way for Dems. We have to support the Trump promises that overlap with our agenda. Don’t obstruct, explain why we want them, make them even more popular, and keep demanding he focus on those. *Policies, not personalities.* You’re doing great, can’t wait to keep backing you!!!

I’m quite afraid of that outcome. A left-wing demagogue coming in to finish off anything Trump incompetence accidentally left standing feels like scarily possible right now.
