ok so what do i do if i need to stay awake cuz ive got classes soon but 27hr sleep deprivation and caffeine+sugar crashout is fighting against me😭😭
the only thing keeping me awake rn i feel like is my sleep anxiety (which is caused by my catathrenia, so i cant even sleep at the library or sumthng🥹)
