Henry VII Cope, 1499–1505, woven in gold with velvet and embroidered imagery. Made on a special 14-foot-wide loom in Italy, the cope was woven in one piece. This was shown at an exhibition called “The Tudors: Art and Majesty in Renaissance England” at the Cleveland Museum of Art.
