Well, that was yet another banger of an episode tonight. Campaign 4, episode 2 of the Overture.

Every time Brennan mentioned the Falconer's Rebellion. I kept thinking about Altered Carbon, and how frequent that phrase was mentioned as a huge plot point.

I'm deeply disheartened by the news that the Campaign 4 of Critical Role is going to be using the 2024 D&D 5.5E rules, instead of Daggerheart.
I realize that they probably started really working on the new campaign back in 2024. But this has me truly uninterested in watching the new season.

If I had faith in the MCU of late, I might like the potential twist ending of Ironheart. (Not the end credits one.)
But, I do not have faith in their ability to tell intricate PLAUSIBLE stories.

It's because it is so incredibly easy to buy into the premise. The characters are nuanced and realistic.
The multiple stories, interwoven throughout the season keep paying off, in later episodes.

I'm digging this game completely. Got over 365 hours into it so far, and it's fun.

Minor complaint.
I truly dislike the artificial limitation of characters in this social media methodology of communications.
I find it often requires me to consistently rewrite my messages because the words I tend to use, are large and appropriate for the messages.
