Divine is 35 years old. He has no real legal experience, just GOP appointments: clerked Pryor, then Thomas, then worked for Hawley, then Missouri SG's office. His trivial time actually in court was entirely partisan showboating.

A curious development today: Sen. Angus King (I-Maine), who caucuses with Democrats + supports abortion rights, voted with Republicans to confirm Trump's anti-abortion court pick Josh Divine to a lifetime federal judgeship.
