I wish it was realistic for countries to lower their defense spending without fear of threat from countries like the US. The world is moving in the wrong direction.

If public transit infrastructure was better in HRM, then it would be so much easier to take back the temporary parking space. If only that was a priority

Definitely nice to see a director getting out on the ground floor to see the real issues with the system he is responsible for managing. Not many career administrators would do the same.
