How it's going.
I am always impressed with this surface finish primer.
This is our first model that we have tested pushing fine details.
They survived the post process. Next time I may go a little deeper on the sculpt, but I'm loving how it turned out.

How It started.
Dialing in this resin was quite simple on our newer printer for all of our sizes.
But more of a challenge on our largest printer.
Today we had our first successful test print on it. XL & COLLOSUS size is initiating.

These prints came out so clean. I am glad I put the effort in to tune this profile. I have gone back to a sliding cutout groove rather than screw holes. Folder clips are just faster and easier on design.
