Good way to think about it. Dont know about innocent times. Probably maternal GM had that. Others not. Ethnicity was punishing between the wars with Germany. Perhaps need to go back further to see them or perhaps my Heinz variety background just too grim.

Yesterday went to Dutch system of euthanasia then to our VAD. Theirs is more humane imo. Thinking of these things as years accrue and death takes so many friends. It is a trigger to consider ones end. Strange feeling but not unpleasant.
