The masked men posing as ICE are taken from groups like Proud Boys, Oath Keepers, Boogaloo Boys, Patriot Front, etc. Many of them participated in the J6 insurrection and were pardoned by Trump. Regular deputised ICE police don’t need to hide behind masks.
