2-0 was very comfortable- we were in total control & they never looked like scoring until they got that penalty. Then we seemed to panic 😱..

Been to loads of those over the years 🙄. Dealing with corners is becoming an issue ramsdale really flapping at them . it’s hard when you change a team6 players rotated & whilst I get it, it’s hard to get rhythm. 2nd half was a practice match & our passing got ragged as it wore on. On we go !

If anyone wants to read about the period 74-79 then I would highly recommend Dominic Sandbrook’s book ‘Seasons in the Sun’. I am just reading about the winter of discontent. Not the unions striking but also the heavy snowfalls ! Grim !

Whilst that was all true but for me it was a good decade. Got a job at 16 which turned out great, met my wife in 75 bought house 76 married 77 age 20, still together changed employer for career moved from Gateshead to Malvern helped by AN . Great time for us. Couldn’t have that career now. Lucky
