Thought the law stated that it had to have a snowy background. Another Robin who lost it's contact to make money (mealworms) because the photographer forgot to photoshop a snowy background in!! 😅

Thank you for your welcome. Sounds feasible, and it what I was thinking, but without any proof!. I did see one earlier but couldn't get anywhere near it to photograph it.
