Tonight's dinner was butter chicken and garlic waffles. Fuck it turned out way better than even I thought. The butter chicken sauce was so good. Definitely make that one again.

Made two types of #nachos tonight.
Top: Korean inspired - Korean beef, cheese, edamame, peproncini, sesame seeds, cabbage, Sriracha Mayo, Sriracha.
Bottom: Regular - taco beef, cheese, jalapenos, salsa and sour cream.
So good!!

Had a fucking wicked dinner tonight; Buffalo chicken sandwich with Havarti, pepperoncini and mayo on a toasted Portuguese roll with an Asian inspired salad topped with sesame dressing. It was as dope as it looks.

We had our annual ManCamping trip on the weekend. It is always hard to explain what "All-terrain Croquet" is, but this year we made the Thunderdome. This was wicket 3 of 11. One entrance/exit. Chaos was the name of this game.

If you're ever in Drumheller, you gotta hit up Drum Distilling. Their cocktails are amazing and the bartender is riveting. Watching him make drinks is spectacular.

Made cheesesteaks for dinner tonight. They are the fucking BOMB! Sourdough, horseradish aioli, thinly sliced beef, red onion, green pepper and marble cheese (on mine, Mrs. had Swiss).

Last night - Rice Paper Pancakes a bunch of veggies sliced thin then fried between two rice papers and dipped in soy sauce and sesame oil.
Tonight was stuffed buns. Hamburger, onion, cheese, bacon precooked and wrapped in pizza dough. They are deadly. So fucking good.

Went to celebrate Christmas with a bunch of amazing people tonight at the library for Queerly Festive (put on by Pride Calgary). Heather and I volunteered to be Mr. and Mrs. Claus and we were thoroughly entertained by this amazing troupe of Drag Queens!! What a great evening.

Every weekend morning we come out to the living room and have a coffee. Mrs. GDawg gets a blanket, curls up on the couch and Swayze gets between us until I stop petting him. Then he crawls into her lap and is like this for an hour or so with his tail wagging. Little weirdo.

Home from our first camping weekend of the year. Never taken this long for us to get out before, but May holidays and a rainy spring pushed us back. Great weekend though, few sprinkles, but the weather was amazing.

Yesterday's #NovaScotia adventure was leaving Lunenburg and hitting up Kejimkujik National Park for a little hike after tacos in Bridgewater and some CPAP supplies. Then onto Wolfville to our little gem of a hotel on the Bay of Fundy.

Yesterday was Lunenburg by horse and carriage, as well as by foot, then dinner with some old YYC friends that have moved out here. What a great little town, the UNESCO World Heritage stuff was amazing. Got to see the Bluenose II as well. Great day all around.
