I feel like I have to shout this into the universe, but @therightram.bsky.social ‘s Detective Comics run (Gotham Nocturne) is soooo good. It’s my first Batman comic, and I couldn’t have picked a better place to start. The art-style is really cool, and the back issue stories give even more context.

I tried Threads for a while (before Meta announced it’s new anti-lgtbq moderation guidelines), and most of my feed outside of the accounts I followed were engagement bait posts. It felt like reading the YouTube comments for a song with most of them being "Who is still listening in <insert year>"?

I’ve missed out on the whole microblogging thing during the "golden age" of Twitter, since Twitter is not really popular where I live. At least now I can be a part of the microblogging renaissance brought by Bluesky and Mastodon, with real ™️ chronological feeds!
