Off the top of my head, one that kept getting me is the fact that a single fatalError anywhere in my code or in my dependencies’ code takes the process down thereby killing all running requests in that process.

However, the one downside is that it is a lot harder to sell this to enterprises. Enterprises quickly accept your software if you say we run on AWS/Azure. When we say we host on Hetzner, it becomes a deal breaker.
