(2/2) in our society, and what things could be accomplished with just a comparatively tiny sum of the 1%'s wealth. Being rich means being a fundamental part of the systems of oppression that keep us divided -- which I'm sure you're not. And this is why I say we should focus on the real enemy.

That was my response to someone who was insulting me, and whom I hadn't insulted prior to that point.
And there's a fundamental difference between just "having money" and being rich. Most people can easily pronounce the word "rich", yet fail to understand the true scale of the wealth disparity (1/2)

Because my anger, and yours as well, should be directed at the people who are perpetrating these acts, not at strangers in the internet. We accomplish nothing by arguing with each other, because it is precisely this that the rich class wants -- to keep us divided instead of seeing our common enemy.

I will. But I tell you that, already, I decidedly abhor any form of discrimination -- things that were hard to unlearn after growing up in an ultra-conservative household.
Nonetheless, I will educate myself on what you're saying, if only to learn something new and broaden my perspective.

I'm not sure I understand your comment on a grammatical level. But if you look at my username it won't be hard to guess I'm Venezuelan. I'm as outraged as anyone else about the current state of affairs; but that rage should be directed at the right people instead of infighting.

Then I'll give you a bit of friendly advice: try to patiently educate people instead. You've been flinging insults rather gratuitously when at no point have I given you the same treatment. All you'll achieve by doing this is estranging people even more instead of helping them learn and change.
