and i craaave validation from people all the fucking time and i wish i could simply just "get a grip" but it constantly clogs up my mind. especially validation from CERTAIN people that i will not name lol

every day is just a constant back and forth of moods and emotions. from being ontop of the world one sec and switching to hella depression the next. days full of anxiety and paranoia that rarely ever subsides. 🙃

and i hate how i can't really do anything about it i just gotta learn to live with it. tried meds and it just made it worse 😃
