like ppl will play as different species, backgrounds, upbringing, classes, ages, etc but not gender n that's so fascinating to me

but then again, I rarely understand why neurotypical ppl avoid clarifying or discussing things. they seem to be powered by confusion, vagueness n indirection lol

as my daily breaks at work. WILD to me that someone would expect me to be ok w any confusion on that.

so now me/my coworkers r either likely going to take no breaks or spread out small breaks throughout project work which seems like it would go against the whole point of a break but what do I know, I just care about human wellbeing). but like yah I'm gonna make sure I understand smth as fundamental

my boss said this to me recently in response to me clarifying her update to breaks (management previously thought they were required to cover 30 mins of break time but the labour law minimum is actually a required unpaid 30 min break after 5 hrs of work but my work is remote
