Vyvanse, low dose, off and on now. Gives me an insane energy and focus boost for a couple days on but I get nervous tick side effects like hand shakes and throat clearing, and eventually my whole personality feels sort of "desaturated" so I don't stay on it consistently - but it does help me lock in
